I agree about concessions being way too expensive; that's why we take our own in - use a purse or bulky jacket. You can also cut costs by purchasing your tickets from reservationrewards.com. The tickets are only $5 & good for all show times.
I absolutely love the Movie Watcher program! It is so nice to earn free popcorn, drinks and movie tickets! I was thrilled to find out that I can take my free small popcorn and/or drink ticket and upgrade it to a large for $1.50 (then we get free refills!) I will say, though, that the only time we can afford to eat at the snack bar is when we get movie watcher rewards. I also love that you offer $5 movies throughout the week and on weekend mornings. Those are the only time we go to the movies to make it affordable. I appreciate the efforts you have made to keep your costs down for your customers!
Your show is clean and nice....but it is to expensive at the snack bar.I do understand your need to make money as you do not make as much on the movies. When we take our grandkids to the show it costs us a $100.00.As seniors this is not affordable and we wait until it comes out on video. As seniors on a very limited income you need to consider making a senior day ...Lower your prices for food and tickets and I am sure it would be profitable for you.Just a thought. We will be coming and watching a show today but we will not get snacks....Just information for your company..Thank You
Food is way too expensive - it was nicer when you were allowed to bring your own food and drink in. Why did you stop that??? Ticket prices are bad enough, but adding the cost of popcorn and soda makes it far too expensive for a lot of people. You are making a killing on the price of your popcorn and soda!!!
I love the location and facilities but on December 28, 2009 my wife and I went to see Sherlock Holmes (which we loved). We were expecting to pay the regular $5.00 admission only to find we had to pat $10.00 each. The problem, we tried to get in touch with someone on line and by phone to find out what "holiday day's" were included. Christmas day? Christmas eve? The entire week? The entire month? We just had to take our chance and go. I'm just glad we had taken enough cash. Some of the other people in line did not have enough and not able to get in.
